Chupa Chups – Activation of Aria Music Awards Sponsorship

Brief:

Provide trained brand ambassadors for Brown Forman’s (B-F) activities conducted in Victoria as B-F’s exclusive staffing agency.

Strategy:

• Utilise old-style ‘Geisha’ and ‘Cigar Girl’ costume characters to distribute product to celebrity arrivals.
• To offer samples to the waiting crowd and guests through a roaming crew of brand ambassadors.
• Provide a brand experience by offering consumers a branded photo in front of our giant Aria artwork made entirely out of Chupa Chups.

Result:

• Television coverage on Channel Ten’s Red Carpet Arrival show for the Geisha and Cigar girls.
• Distribution of more than 4000 units of stock to the waiting crowds.
