Jetstar - Gold Coast Titans Fanzone

 

Objectives:

Create a point of difference for Jetstar in the cluttered NRL and Jetstar Gold Coast Titans sponsorship space.

 

Strategy:

  • Cement relationship in QLD market.
  • Build a series of high foot-traffic shopping centre promotions.
  • Utilise Jetstar’s contracted player appearances.
  • Partner with Sea FM to ensure maximum exposure for Jetstar and attendance at FanZone events.

 

Outcome:

  • Four bespoke events for Jetstar at Robina Town Centre, Pacific Fair and Tweed Heads.
  • Pre-promoted on Sea FM with live radio crosses from events.
  • Integrated the at-ground “spin and win” concept to excite fans.
  • Rewarded fans by giving away merchandise to fans who demonstrated they had flown, or are about to fly, Jetstar.
  • Four players at each event signing merchandise for fans.

 

Results:

  • Additional 1,100 JetMail subscribers (e-mail addresses).
  • 120 boarding pass redemptions.
  • 6 Sea FM live radio crosses per event.
  • 16 “spin and win” winners.
  • 2,000 visors distributed.
