Panasonic – Management of Sponsorship Portfolio
Brief:
Provide Panasonic with sponsorship expertise to assist in the on-going development, management and leveraging of the Panasonic sponsorship portfolio.
Strategy:
In-placement of an Acrobatt account manager in the Panasonic Marketing Communications division.
Outcome:
- Development of an annual sponsorship marketing and event strategy, in consultation with key internal stakeholders.
- Production of a bi-annual competitor sponsorship review to keep Panasonic’s marketing community informed of industry developments.
- Analysis and advice on any sponsorship or event related issue.
- Strategic input into Panasonic’s marketing planning and solutions development as required.
- Attendance at meetings with existing and potential sponsors.
- Assistance and advice regarding contract negotiations with new and existing sponsors.
- Attendance and participation at any cross business workshops, meetings or presentations involving Panasonic marketing teams.
- Assistance and advice regarding development and procurement of appropriate measurement tools and systems.
